I am going to the cafeteria/canteen in a University in Minsk Belarus.
This lunch is an old school Belarusian/Russian lunch from canteen that is untouched from the 1970s.
Meet the friendly staff here and they serve up a 3 course meal with draniki, borsch and Seerok.
This is real adventure in Minsk Belarus.
I eat all 3 meals and review each of them.
The draniki was clearly the best.
