Politics: Referendums in the Donbass and two Ukrainian Oblasts are done. What are the implications?

Referendums were held this weekend in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, the Kherson Region and part of Zaporozhye Region. Are these legal referendums and what are the implications thereof?
