The G-7 yesterday met and agreed a new place capping structure This price capping mechanism is designed to further punish Russia's gas and oil exports to 3rd party countries who are not currently part of the embargo.

Currently Russia has managed to maintain the same level of profit from its exports well exporting the third-party countries such as China and India who are extracting deep discounts due to the growth in the place of a barrel of oil and growth of gas that has not led to a reduction in profits seen before the war.

By capping the amount of oil that can be shipped by by value and by introducing restrictions or insurance that is designed to cut Russia off from India and China who do not have access to pay planes and must use LNG routes
