4 eggs
200 g of dark chocolate
150 g of sugar
100 g of butter

Let's begin! Melt 200 g of dark chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie
Add 100 g of butter
Melt the butter in the chocolate, stirring quickly
Break 4 eggs by dividing the yolk from the white
You can put the yolks in the chocolate mixture, and the egg whites instead in a bowl with high sides
Pour a pinch of salt into the egg whites
Beat the egg whites until stiff
Add 150 g of sugar to the chocolate mixture
Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture, like this one
3 times add the beaten egg whites to the mixture, mixing from bottom to top
Add another part of egg whites and mix from bottom to top
Grease and flour a cake pan
Pour the cake mixture into the pan
Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 25-30 minutes, until you see a crispy crust on the surface of the cake
