Washington has been a liberal stronghold for more than 20 years, with the last Republican Senator leaving in office in 2021. They don't get much more blue that Washington. So why has Incumbent Democrat Senator Pay Murray's lead over Republican challenger Tiffany Smiley dropped from double digits to only 2% in recent weeks?
