YES, this is simple. However, I think that that's what makes the way that I do my diet, work. I've had people ask me what I did to lose so much weight (and still build muscle) and I've told them ... and they didn't believe me. Well, here is a typical day and it's more than believable because I eat a high amount of food; it's just not calorie-dense.
