Referendum votes are in, up to 80% want to join Russia, next steps are constitutional due-process

All four southern regions of soutehrn Ukraine, Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson, and part of Zaporozhye, have voted overwhelmingly to join with Russia. The next step will be constitutional due-process.
