500 Mile Hike with no Tent and no Sleeping Bag | Walk and Contemplate

It surprised me too. But the Camino is a spiritual and religious pilgrimage through Spain that has no use for a tent or a sleeping bag.
Commonly called "The Camino" it has been walked by Pilgrims for over 1,000 years. And all along the way are places called "Alberques". These are inns for travelers. They are where pilgrims stay, eat, sleep and meet with other pilgrims.
And just about all of the land walked is privately owned. These owners don't want you pitching tents!
So, this hike/walk is not like a typical hike in the US with forests, camping, mountains, campfires and all those things. It is different.
In my opinion this frees up the pilgrim to walk and contemplate.

I am embarking on this pilgrimage in Spring. Follow along in the adventure by supporting me on Patreon here:
