Southeast Wisconsin weather: Cold Tuesday night with lows in the 40s

This morning was in the upper 30s to lower 40s with some sun, but the clouds quickly moved in, and the gusty NW wind kept wind chills in the 40s with temps in the 50s. Tonight is partly cloudy and cold with lows in the lower 40s in Milwaukee to mid-30s inland. There will be patchy frost in the inland areas by morning. The afternoon will finally be sunny and less windy, but it will stay chilly with highs in the 50s.
