So many of you asked for more protein shake + smoothie recipes and I’ve been wanting to try a variation of the viral Hailey Bieber ‘Glowy Skin’ smoothie forever.
𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄: ⁣
· 1 frozen banana
· 1 cup frozen strawberries
· 1 serving of collagen
· 2 dates
· 1/2 avocado
· 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder from
· 1 cup of oat milk

(Strawberry glaze)
· Puree 1 strawberry and water. Microwave for 30 second or heat on stove top. Let chill before serving.
