RAND document reveals USA plan for Europe

A confidential geopolitical analysis with a solution focus on the US and Biden administration's problems were implemented during October 2021 to January 2022 by the American think tank Rand Corporation Work was based in part on RAND's previous study "Overextending and Unbalancing Russia" published in 2019, but with different premises and problem formulations. The document was ready by the end of January 2022 when it was also served clients:

• WHCS - The White House Chief of Staff (Ron Klain)
• ANSA - The National Security Advisor to the President (Jake Sullivan)
• DoS - Department of State/State Department (Tony Blinken)
• CIA - Central Intelligence Agency (William Burns – former ambassador in Moscow)
• NSA - National Security Agency (General Paul Nakasone)
• DNC - The Democratic National Committee
