Remove breast from package and discard gravy packet. Put the turkey in an oven bag and sit in a baking dish. If it has netting, do not remove. Add celery, onion, poultry seasoning, salt & pepper and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min per pound. Or internal temperature is at least 170 degrees. Take out of oven. Let rest for 15 minutes. Open bag and pour contents into baking dish. Remove netting (if applicable) and serve drippings (gravy) over dressing or stuffing.
