Rope Flow Fun with San Diego Flow Ropes

After a few sets of air squats I grabbed my Greyhound edition San Diego Flow Rope by yours truly For Life and Sport. Let’s face it, we’re living in unusual times, it’s nice to have an outlet; whether it be physical or mentally, of course a healthy outlet...Ok it’s nice to have a couple brewskis every now and then too...They are cheaper than gas depending on the brand...King Cobra anybody...hello...anybody.
