Trying to keep that content coming. This one we stay free of politics as we needed a mental break ourselves. So we stick fitness and sciency stuff. The bodies energy systems and how they work.
Since this is witchcraft to Heath, Sam gets us going with some back drop physiology on how the 3 main energy systems in the body operate. Then we go into how that relates to training and nutrition. Obviously, this could be a whole semester course but here's what you get in an hour.
