This is a video of Jeff & Elaine working out while coaching the 6 man outrigger teams. Jeff & Elaine were the California state champs at the time of this video and it's not hard to see why when you watch the video. I am always amazed at how perfectly in sync they are throughout the whole video. I am also very impressed with their form. If you watch carefully, you will notice they left all the 6 man canoes in the dust. The music is by Darrell Mansfield, and the song is Born to be wild
