They are so delicious that I cook them 2 times a week and wish I could eat them every day!
You have no idea how delicious and easy this recipe is. Once cooked, you will cook it again and again. I can safely say it's the best I've ever eaten. The combination of tender ground beef, cabbage and rice is an incredible flavor of your favorite dish. Prepare this extremely tasty dish for your family. Everyone will be delighted with a delicious dinner.

Recipe and ingredients:
1/2 cup rice.
1 glass of water.
Bring to a boil and cook over medium-high heat until all the water has evaporated.
1 onion.
1 carrot.
vegetable fat.
Sauté onions and carrots until soft.
1/2 cabbage.
Pour boiling water over and let steep for 15 minutes.
800 grams of minced meat.
1.5 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp dry garlic.
2 eggs.
Squeeze the water out of the cabbage.
Mix well.
Wet your hands with water to keep the ground beef from sticking.
Shape the ground beef into chops.
Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil.
1 tablespoon homemade cream (or sour cream).
3-4 tbsp tomato sauce.
400ml of water.
salt, pepper to taste.
Mix well.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200°C.
150g mozzarella.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
