Ukraine not mobilizing any further troops, West holding back on further weapons flow

After Putins announcement about the protection of Russia and the mobilization of 300,000 troops, Ukraine has decided that they're not going to mobilize any further troops. Also, the West has decided to hold off on any further flow of weapons into Ukraine.
