What is the minimum amount needed to invest in a multifamily property?

Good question.

Normally the minimum is $100,000. Now this is being a limited partner and someone else is the general partner. That is what you want as a new investor. Some general partners will let limited partners in for only $50,000 or even less but the normal minimum is $100,000.

I offer education and training to landlords, engineers, doctors and dentists, and many others that would like to learn how to enjoy the benefits of multifamily as quickly as possible. If that sounds interesting contact my office by going to www.benjaminzmiller.com and fill out the contact form.

I hope that helps and good luck with your investing!
