What’s in an Egg | Sovereign Provisions

What's in an Egg? This may seem like a weird question. I don't mean literally. I don't mean the awful Trinity analogy.

What do I mean? For us, this egg marks a next step in our homestead adventure. Our latest animal produced an egg! Woo hoo.

While it may just be one egg so far. It is a reason for us to rejoice and be glad. We can look on with excitement that our animal that we take care off is also taking care of us with a simple egg.

You see, the excitement that our girls have when their hens layed their eggs is amazing to see. My daughter ran in to tell me! The egg has brought excitement and joy. And it soon will be used to satisfy our bellies --unless your name is Ian, and you are always hungry.
