The Codex Gigas is the largest medieval manuscript in the world measuring 36 inches tall, 20 inches wide, and close to nine inches thick and written in only one night according to some people which seems impossible due to it's size and complexity but the way it's written and the ink that was used points towards it being written in a short period of time

The story behind it is a monk asked the devil for help in creating a complete book of knowledge so that his life would be spared in exchange for his soul, the deal was made, and Satan is depicted within it's pages as a tribute to its true author giving the book the nickname "The Devil's Bible"
