California has the highest incarceration rate in the country for decades. Since the 3 strikes law went into effect in 1994, 1000's of minorities and poor individuals have been victim's to California's broken legal system. Many individuals are still serving life sentences for minor infractions.
The problem is many people have no family or support system, so they are stuck and will probably never see the light of day.
The cash bail system is another story, it is a corporate money making system that targets poor individuals. This is a horrible practice and should indeed be frowned upon and stopped immediately. In the state of California you are presumed guilty until proven innocent, not the other way around as it should be. In this video, i set the record straight. Everything i say is what i have observed through years of personal experience. This is 100% truth with no filters. A person should not be judged or prosecuted because of their social status, the system is unfair and prejudicial. These are fathers, mothers, daughters and sons. Not all of us were born with a silver spoon, but we have the right to be treated equal according to the law of the land. This is criminal and must be stopped, politicians should not hold power of individual lives. What ever happened to as jury of your peers. You want true crime, here it is..
