ON UNITY
‘Unity is about making room for the third thing to appear. How often in life do we look at the tensions in life and wish they weren’t there? Unity is to take the energies, the firmness, and the softness of life, not needing to choose which one but to bring both together. Unity is to take the tensions of life and to honor the fact that without that tension, we wouldn’t live.’

ON WEALTH
‘True wealth is emotional wealth. Emotions control the experience of your life, and all emotions are safe if we let them be. If we stop judging our emotions and fleeing from our presence, we can be with the emotion and recognize that emotion is simply there to prime us toward our next great action. The emotion is never there for you to be stuck.’

JAMES'S DREAM FOR THE WORLD
‘I just hope that I’ll have the courage to do it and that the world will have the courage. We seem to have developed this inner talk about being strong enough to hold on. I would say that’s super nice, but I hope we will all have the courage and strength to let go and trust the freefall - to let go and trust that when we let go there will be more than enough to support all of what’s needed.’
