Forbes reports, Steve Zissou, the U.S. attorney for currently incarcerated arms dealer Viktor Bout, recently stated that Moscow, Russia is prepared to release Brittney Griner from custody if the U.S. government agrees to a prisoner swap with Viktor Bout.
