As Chuck Pierce has been given a prophetic insight from the Lord about this new year of 2018, he recently shared with Sid Roth on It’s Supernatural what the Lord has been revealing to him. As Pierce begins to share what the Lord has revealed to him, he explains, “this year is about gates, doors, angels, and war”. He continues to encourage those that may be focusing on the reality of war. “It just means conflict to breakthrough. Conflict to enter into rest.”

In his continuing explanation of the what the Lord showed him after waking from a dream, Pierce noticed an angelic being that was standing at the foot of his bed. “This angel was peering out, and the angel turned and looked at me with red eyes, fiery red eyes.” Pierce then responded to what he was seeing, “who are you?” In response, the angel said, “I am the angel of war for God’s covenant harvest plan”. Suddenly, Pierce could see what the angel was seeing, nations.

Pierce explains that because President Trump made the bold decision to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of Israel, this decision caused a shift in the heavenlies. Pierce describes how nations will be lined up with God while others will not. “This year starts a sorting year.” Not only does this apply to nations, but also individual states. Pierce explains how he was shown some states were in alignment with God, while others were not. As Pierce understood the significance of standing in alignment with Israel, he continues to share what the angel spoke to him, “I’m activating two years of preparation for my people, for God’s people.”

Sharon Holderbaum was also shown a prophetic picture of the United States. In this vision, each of the South-Eastern states within America were outlined in gold. When we hear these truths, we must respond in agreement with what the Lord is doing. We must pray in agreement with the Lord’s will and His plans and purposes. It is important to recognize that the harvest is here. Things are going to be happening so fast. God is in control of everything that is taking place. When we understand that this is the year of walking out of captivity, we cannot carry the same mindsets that we may have carried for the last years while we were in captivity.
