This is a challenge that I’ve conquered before, that’ll make you at least 5 times more positive. It will reprogram your mind in 1 week. I don’t mean no wishy-washy type of positivity where you aren’t accepting the facts. I mean the type of positivity where you see everything as an opportunity to grow and deepen your understanding.

If you actually complete all 7 days, and you must complete all 7 days in order to pass the challenge, then your mentality will be drastically improved.
