Welcome! My name is David Gilks and I am so excited that you are here. The chances are you have been feeling like you're stuck in the space of “knowing better and doing better”, and are not sure why you are not able to do the things "you know you should do" to make your life better.

Well, you are not alone, after all, don’t we all know that...

we should exercise more
we should treat ourselves better
we should be more honest

There is no end to the list of things that “we know” we should be doing, and what makes us miserable is simply that…we know better!

As I began to ask the very question of “why don’t we do better if we know better” I was guided through a 15-year journey of discovery which ultimately which led me to the creation of “The I AM Project”. This powerful process is a combination of neuroscience, cognitive-behavioral coaching, and neuron-linguistic programming, and of course, the wisdom gained by coaching thousands of men and women from around the world.
