FOODIE || Spain - Episode Six (2022)

Considering how much time I have spent in Spain, eating my way through this glorious country, I sure don’t have a lot of footage to report back with.

The next time I visit I’ll be sure to cover its culinary treasures with far more detail. Spain is one scrumptious nation!

Not to forget Portugal’s cuisine too, and France, well… I could make a documentary. Europe is a culinary bonanza to explore.

Editor’s Notes:
This episode goes down as the most excruciatingly-painful video of this series to edit. Beginning with limited eating/cooking footage, plus the loss of original clips and dissecting pre-edited scraps exported at 720HD, my initial mission had a high difficulty rating.

Most of the pre-edited audio was unusable, therefore I had my work cut out for me with voiceovers and piecing together a cohesive story-line.

I despise over-produced videos and scrapped many of my custom-created transitions; already doomed with constant dissolve transitions from my earlier iPhone 7 on-the-road editing days, I chose to use music as a more subtle method of transitioning.

My goal with this episode was to lean on the authentic footage to tell the story of Spain for viewers.
