Voting in Ukraine's so-called independence referendums has begun in four regions occupied and occupied by Russian forces.
People in Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson have been told to vote on proposals for their regions to leave Ukraine and become part of Russia.
Ukraine and its allies have denounced vote rigging to justify the annexation of Ukrainian territory.
