During the mission, I had to follow the instructions of my superiors

I was told to run around between the dorsal turret and the tail gun to hit the German fighters, and I was told which direction the German planes were coming from, using the clockwise direction, e.g. 12 o'clock, 6 o'clock, etc. If a wing of my own plane was shot, my superior would tell me to cut the fuel line to that wing (the fuel line switch to be closed was flashing gold).
