Super sets 🔥because if you don’t have loads of time or you just want to get a serious sweat on, its my favorite way to train!! This is a demo I filmed last week, I’ve personally trained twice this week, because managed to get ill, again. Feel like I’m taking one step forward & two steps backs ATM 🤷🏽‍♀️hopefully will find my groove again soon though 🌚 Anyway give this one ago •Bulgarian split squats - bench DB lat raises •kick backs - bent over row 🔥 12 reps 3-4 sets 🔥💪🏽you can go heavier or lighter on the weights depending on your goals ❤️❤️❤️ go get it
