Super sets šŸ”„because if you donā€™t have loads of time or you just want to get a serious sweat on, its my favorite way to train!! This is a demo I filmed last week, Iā€™ve personally trained twice this week, because managed to get ill, again. Feel like Iā€™m taking one step forward & two steps backs ATM šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļøhopefully will find my groove again soon though šŸŒš Anyway give this one ago ā€¢Bulgarian split squats - bench DB lat raises ā€¢kick backs - bent over row šŸ”„ 12 reps 3-4 sets šŸ”„šŸ’ŖšŸ½you can go heavier or lighter on the weights depending on your goals ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø go get it
