Second Languages to Increase IQ Levels

Government Implementation:
For 2nd languages to be taught in Schools (or home schooled).
To enhance brain productivity.

Real-Life & Tech idea:
Create 2nd Language immersion houses. (map located on google)
French Houses
Spanish Houses
German Houses
Dutch Houses
Etc.

*About the wild desert dog that went with an old farm property, I lived on,
it was approx. 40 yrs ago. Her rooftop space was only for a few months in winter
& during the day. Due to her fox habit of killing many other animals.
(rabbits, chickens, turkeys). If you have a wild-desert dog, please try to have them fixed, and don't ever put them on roof tops in weather extremes. Most towns should spade them for free.
