Grounding Day 92 - birthday break and snake surprise
Yesterday was my birthday and I gave myself the gift of no social media for a few days. I still did my grounding walks I was just not filming them. On my walk today my husband almost stepped on a snake that was just chilling on the road and I also decided to do a little bit of barefoot running.
