UFO: WHAT IN THE WORLD DID WE JUST SEE?

At 7:44 on 9/25 my husband and I witnessed this baffling thing in the sky. Keep in mind we are a little over an hour outside of DC.

My apologies that my camera would not focus but there are a couple of clear moments.

Also... * language warning. We were clearly shocked.
