Making The Best of Covid - RV Kitchen Disaster - Exploring the Forest in Alexandria, Louisiana

We found ourselves a rather remote feeling spot out in the woods, just outside Alexandria, Louisiana on public lands with plenty of room to park our rig.

First thing when we found our camping spot, we opened the door to our trailer, and were greeted with some not so nice surprises; broken glass, spilled cooking oil, among other things covering all our other stuff, that also happened to get knocked onto the floor in transit! Nothing says "welcome home" like a mess that ended up taking us 4 hours of working as a team to clean up...

Next, we went for a walk nearby and found some beautiful and odd pieces of nature, along with a random concrete bunker in the woods.

I ended up catching Covid, but fortunately, we were alone in our RV, a long ways from other people by default, so isolating for us just meant "keep doing what you're doing". Katrina ended up catching covid as well, despite her cockiness about how she didn't think she was gonna catch it. LOL
I think I may be a unicorn in that I actually had a rather good time while sick; leisuring guilt free, and most importantly, having a splendid time making super goofy voices as I lost my voice. I ended up sounding much like a "talking dog" video that went viral, and really cashed in on this.

Lastly, I also did a bit of target shooting and some maintenance on our motorcycle, Sparkles.
