Today I'll be preserving 20 pounds of organic pears! Join me as I try out lots of preserving projects - we'll make 2 different pear butter recipes, freeze some pears and try out a new trick to prevent browning, use the dehydrator to make fruit leather, and use the scraps to make vinegar.
