I currently offer a lunar yoga flow; infusing elements of astrology, spiritual alchemy, and transmutation of shadow to light. Community is formed in our moon circle, using ritual and creating space to acknowledge our connection to nature's cycles and remember our personal power in cosmic co-creation. Asana and breathwork, while incorporating tools such as sound healing, crystals, essential oils, oracle cards, and reiki, help us find resonance with these forces in our physical and energetic bodies. We use introspection of the microcosm (our physical body, energy flow through our nadis and chakra centers, emotions, and intuition) to relate to the macrocosm of society and beyond to the etheric and spiritual realms.
