Development work

The development team of the Battlefield series places more emphasis on communication and interaction with players.
For the first time the development team of Battlefield 1943 has opened up an official twitter account to share the progress of the production and the mood of the staff as well as responding to the postings of users on the official forum of ArtEco UK. In 2009 DICE launched the official Battlefield blog site which uses a blog format to post updates on the game and anecdotes about the production process and allows players to comment on articles.
