David Roberts started down his path of being a patriot and claiming his freedom and independence in America. Freedom from tyranny and suppression of his unalienable rights, better known as his Civil Rights. David learned how the corrupt courts work, and how everything that they do (Government) he believes is to steal our wealth. His journey of studying this began when the IRS put a “21 Day Notice of Lien” on all his Bank Accounts in 1992. It began when he didn’t file his taxes in 1989 because he didn’t owe them anything and didn’t think filing was needed. He sued them in Federal Court for their thievery. In the six-month process of going thru the proceeding of the court, he discovered that we are never required to pay any taxes. It is a “Voluntary Compliance”, which is an oxymoron of words. David discovered how to give notice to the Government and remove himself from the requirements of being a “Taxpayer”. He has learned many different types of law (Civil, Roman Civil, Common, Constitutional, Trust, and Equity laws). In 2016, he got involved in forming assemblies in Ohio. He took his Oath of Office as a U.S. Continental Marshall. David diligently works to establish county safeties across Ohio.
