Captain MacMillan (Status: ALIVE)

Captain Price's superior fifteen years ago, excellent sniper. During the retreat of a mission to assassinate Zakayev, he was wounded (and possibly disabled) by a Mi-28 helicopter shot down by Price and himself, but was rescued by Price in a desperate attempt to save his life. In Call of Duty 8 - Modern Warfare 3 there are appearances, but only in the reading of the map with Captain Price dialogue.
