8 Min Abs Level 3 - No Music
Planking is a movement that originated in gymnastics. Many athletic people and celebrities perform planking to target their obliques. It's also a low-impact exercise that helps with posture. Many people find it hard to do abdominal workouts without music; they also find it difficult to do abdominal exercises without them. However, you can do abdominal workouts without music or with modified exercises. Additionally, you can perform abdominal workouts at any time of the day.
First, you should plank with your body straight on the ground. Next, slide your elbows down to your sides and interlace your fingers behind your head. Finally, keep your body straight and your back flat while arching your torso forward from your hips. Hold this position for 8 minutes and repeat as necessary. Planking is an excellent exercise for targeting the abdomen muscles. People perform this exercise in the gym or at home to get their abs in shape. However, you can do abdominal workouts without music if you follow these tips.
Planking moves your body weight into one position in which to target the abdomen muscles. You can do this exercise anywhere- even in bed at night or on the couch during the day. This makes it easy to workout whenever you have time. You don't need any equipment to workout either; you need a flat surface and yourself willing to commit to the workout. This makes planks an excellent exercise for those who are busy and don't have time for music or specialized equipment.
Ab exercises are easy to modify if you're short on time. For example, you can stop halfway through a Plank exercise when your arms tire out. You can also modify other abdominal exercises by only performing half of each move or by omitting specific movements altogether. Modifying practices saves time when you're short on time and allow you to still get results. As an added bonus, modifying activities makes them much more comfortable since there's no pain and no risk of injury involved in modifying them anymore.
Ab workouts are easy to modify if you're short on time or willing to workout wherever and whenever you choose to even in bed at night or on the couch during the day. Essentially, you don't need any special equipment or music to do abdominal exercises unless you want to. Instead, all you need is yourself willing to do abdominal exercises whenever you have the time and space!
