Дія or Diia: A test drive for the new “Digital Passports"?

Does the Ukraine war tie in any way with the so-called “Great Reset”? This is a video from before the war, but I think it’s interesting to find out that Ukraine became "the first country in the world where digital identity documents are considered legally equivalent to ordinary ones." The Ukrainian government launched in 2020 an application called Дія or Diia which brings together identity card, passport, license, vaccination record, registrations, insurance, health reimbursements, social benefits, and more. Digital passports and health passes in the form of smartphone apps have of course become a trend with Covid, and they will likely keep being promoted all over the world in the next few years - not just in the West, but in Russia, China and everywhere else.
