Better idea than below: is a compatibility site w/more prop. styles: & larger audience.
of all sorts of people & fav. property versions
of preference. A personality database. Like an online mood ring, "I'm a royal blue"
to help relocate, purchase, live, vacation, swap.
Helping people purchase property, w/less mistakes.

Tiny Home Compatibility Search
A service to new tiny-home buyers and tiny-home communities: (yr subscription acc. per tiny-home person, monthly per tiny home community)
similar to a resume-matching service...
of compatible communities of persons that would be
the best to live around for each tiny home* purchaser.
*tiny homes, tree-houses, hobbit houses,
etc. Plus: tiny house-swaps for tiny home travelers

Business Plan:
Staff:
1) Locates & calls/online to tiny home property community owners for subscriptions.
Then, their site specifics url, email /or phone is listed for new customers.
2) Finds tiny home owners (tenant) subscribers.
methods: via mailing lists & online lists located with tiny homes builders,
Current tiny home people already living in communities;
mailing to them, (brochure, cards) to join (free few months).
Reasons to join: for the house-swap travel potential & when each joins the database,
(the site search database auto-builds from their specifics),
Plus, helping their current community to become target specific when new neighbors move-in:
Specific: "Seniors with dogs & dog-parks, tech-people" or "20-30's, women-only"
3) Site designer, sign-up, passwd, cgi's, possibly msql or php, to help the database programmer.
Similar to a realty-site, like a zillow, yet with their preference filter.
4) Database coder, (database search engine from scratch, or software)
that keeps the compatibles searchable with an array of current choices.
Search engine has to be able to add-in new seek queries easily,
without a reprogram. ie., adding-in checkbox: "only people who paint" .
5) Advertiser: to locate more tiny home owners (tenant) subscribers.
some main subscriber-finding venues: colleges, craigslist, woofer sites,
tiny homebuilder websites, & tiny home community websites.

Staff Bonus: if one of the above persons, could run a mailing list: when new checkboxes arrive:
ie., "only people who paint" , subscribers can update their compatibility stats to include it.
As well, when new communities are launched, they would be announced.

wages of $2500 per mo: 7 full time or 5 full time & 5 part time.

Net Profits: $1800 per mo: (taxable)
(after you paid me 10% of net profits prior taxes,
per month: at level 3, it's approx. $200 for my business plan.)
