Visual Nostalgia

This video was created as an educational look into the work of graphic designer, Saul Bass. We will take a look into the trend and ideas of "Visual Nostalgia" and how you can replicate this type of work yourself!

We discuss the role that Visual Nostalgia has played in graphic design in the past as well as what it is trending towards in the future.

This is a great and simple exercise that you can do with a little creativity.

The products I use are an Ipad, Apple pencil and the app Procreate, but you could do this in a traditional medium like Saul Bass does or with any other graphics programs like Photoshop, Illustrator, Clip Studio.
