Biltong Making

This is me making a biltong recipe for myself. This is a personal recipe and not something I researched online (although I wouldn't be surprised if this recipe had been done before).

This video is intended as inspiration for others who may want to get into preserving meat and other foods. Economic hard times are currently on their way. The more food you can save by knowing how to preserve it, the better off you and your family are.
