I have a doctorate in the philosophy of religion and many articles have been published in peer-reviewed journals. I have taught college for about 30 years. My undergraduate degree was in Ancient Languages and I have a two Master’s Degrees, besides the doctorate.
In the studies of Biblical books presented here I focus on historicity (how much actually happened that we can verify) and theology (what types of the God and gods is the Bible talking about). I try to incorporate the finding of modern Biblical scholarship.
I believe the investigation of religion can be enlightening for anyone, regardless of belief. My own take is that all religions have something to contribute, although I study them with a critical and historical approach as well.
