Day 241🥩🔥 Carnivore Diet Weight Loss Weekly Meals Prep Health Benefits By Carnivore Dad
Day 241🥩🔥 feeling strange and fell off the wagon yesterday evening. I had some grapes, organic popcorn popped in ghee topped with butter, frozen mangoes, and more grapes.
7:30am - 1 grass fed beef patty (0.33lbs) with salt + 2 pieces kerrygold dubliner cheese (approx 2oz) + 2 whole eggs with 3 egg yolks scrambled with ghee and salt
12:00pm - 1 piece kerrygold dubliner cheese (approx 2oz) + 13 organic air chilled chicken wings (approx 1.0lbs) + salt
2:00pm - 3 pieces of kerrygold dubliner cheese (approx 2oz)
5:30pm - 1 bowl grapes
6:45pm - 0.5lb air fried ribeye steak with salt + 1 bowl grapes
9:30pm - 1/3 cup organic popcorn popped in ghee topped with grass fed butter and salt + 2 pieces kerrygold dubliner cheese (approx 2oz) + 2 cups frozen mangoes from family tree + 1 more bowl grapes + 2 pieces kerrygold dubliner cheese ( approx 2oz)
I (Paul Woolley) am a father of 2 great boys, husband to 1 beautiful wife :), business owner that started carnivore diet to optimize my life, increase performance, and to lose some of that jiggley fat off my midsection. For the past few years, I thought the people that did carnivore and shared it online were influencers doing it to spite vegans and get clicks online, which is hilarious, but I'm now thinking that was not entirely true :) The reason I got started on this carnivore style of living is because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a JRE podcast where Joe Rogan asked Jordan B Peterson about what he's doing to have lost so much weight. Jordan shared his carnivore lifestyle and even shared some of his daughter Mikhaila Peterson story overcoming autoimmune issues on a strict version of this carnivore diet she calls the Lion Diet. I highly recommend you search both videos where they tell their stories. Next, I read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino to get the "how to" do this correctly. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, and Dr. Ken D Berry to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 57+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
