Broken America: A House Divided Against Itself

I’m not an American (as you can see see from my awful accent), but I lived in the U.S. for many years. It has some very good — and some very bad things. It used to be the land everyone admired, but right now, not so much. It is becoming extremely divided, socially and politically, and this won’t end well. (As for Trump… Superficially, I sort of sympathize with him, but on the other hand, I don’t really trust him either. I'm not sure if he's not also playing a part. My general impression is that the current extreme political division in the U.S. is also being organized from above, as part of some sinister plan. But don’t ask me what’s the plan…)
