Frost Engine

The Frostbite Engine is a new generation of game engines developed by EA DICE since the mid-2000s featuring the ability to run large detailed game maps while rendering full destruction of ground buildings and debris with low system resources. Large-scale games where all objects can be destroyed can be easily run with the Frost Engine.
Games in the Battlefield series that use the Frost Engine include Battlefield Rebel Company Battlefield 1943 and Battlefield Rebel Company 2.
