UbiSoft Halts Game Production?

A new Assassin's Creed, Far Cry, and Ghost Recon may not be coming any time soon. The are no talks of the future of these games, or proper entries. The current games in production will remain, but things like Infinity aren't being worked on. Will they wait until sold?
