Zelenskiy condemns referendums, Iranian drones

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said in a nightly address on Friday (September 23) that the votes in Russia's referendums would be "unequivocally condemned" by the world, along with the mobilization Russia began this week, including in Crimea and other areas of Ukraine occupied by Russia.
